The cold breeze of the morning drafted through the small window, causing its occupants to stir.
The day was young, only being born hours before, but still old enough to wake those that lived in it.
The quiet dove ruffled his feathers, turning on his side to greet his partner, "Guten Morgen mein leibe..."
The warmth beside him shifted, enveloping the small dove in his warmth.
"Is somvone tired?"
The bear snuffled sleepily, bringing the dove closer. He nuzzled the dove's forehead lightly and muttered quietly. The dove was patient, content with watching his lover slowly awake.
"Is too early..."
He chuckled quietly and pecked his larger lover's nose, "I know, I know. But ve have vork to do..."
The bear shifted and raised his body, looking out into the bright outdoors. The light reflected off of his strong body and deep eyes. The dove held onto him, not wanting to share with the light.
"Vat needs to be done?"
The bear's question fell on deaf ears as the dove coaxed him back into their nest. For all his strength, his partner's was tenfold in how easily he melted it.
The mornings were about gentle kisses and whispered words. Spending the time before the world woke up to appreciate each other. The dove wanted it to stay that way and the bear would do anything to keep it.
"Nozhing, Nozhing. It can vait..."
Distracting his lover with soft kisses he slid back into his embrace. It was a safe place, a place he would love to stay in forever.
"So we have few hours?"
"Ja, ve have forever."
"Forever?"
"Forever und a day."
The bear pulled his partner in tighter, smelling his unique scent, "I love you."
Dove met bear and they shared a kiss, the other listening to their heartbeat.
When it was broken the dove looked at his bear with sleepy, yet loving eyes, "I love you too."
And the dove and the bear spent the morning exchanging gentle kisses and whispered words while in each other's embrace.
So the day waited, postponing waking those outside.

TF2: Defect 3
Medic wrung his hands as he followed Heavy towards the War Room, sitting down next to him. He watched as Sniper moved to sit next to him but, after a moment's consideration, moved so the table was between them, next to Spy. Scout grinned, and took the empty seat next to Medic, his arms crossing on the tabletop.
"All right, good to see you all." Soldier nodded at Medic. "It's good that we finally have a Medic on our team. Welcome aboard, Doc."
Medic nodded at him, heart pounding in his throat, and Soldier raised a remote control, the room plunging into darkness as the projector stuttered into life.
"Tomorrow we're defending Gravel Pit. If w

A SniperxScout drabble
"Hey, Sniper...?" Scout said softly, leaning against a tree trunk in a large green pasture. Sniper, Who he had been addressing, pressed his back against the opposite side, his hat tipped down to shade his eyes from the bits of sunlight filtering through the leaves. These moments of peace in nature had become routine for them.
A few months ago, in the dead cold of winter, BLU had decided that it was time for their agents to move to a new base of operation. It was a mass of shouts, loud noises, and rushed packing. Well, most of those were from the soldier, but it was stressful all the same. Scout's things fit into a single suitcase, but he smi

Over the next few battles, Sniper found himself looking out for the little Medic. He'd often catch sight of the German while hunting for REDs, and would find himself watching the man work. He'd often snipe just the REDs coming after the younger man, ignoring the rest of the team totally(they can take care of themselves, he often said). He found that Medic wasn't ever fully relaxed, not even when hidden from the REDs and attempting to rest.
One day, before battle, Sniper pulled Medic to the side.
"V-vat is... Wrong, Herr Sniper?"
"I saw you yesterday, during battle. You seem to not be able to rest during battle. I know that a
